Order Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation eligibility depends on whether the order has been confirmed, procured, customised or dispatched, and on the terms agreed at purchase.
Returns and Refunds
If goods are incorrect, damaged or defective, notify us as soon as reasonably possible with the invoice, photographs and a description of the issue. We will review the concern and advise on inspection, replacement, return or refund as applicable under the agreed sale terms and Indian law.
Custom or Special-Order Items
Made-to-order or specially procured items may have different cancellation or return conditions, which should be disclosed before purchase. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refund Method
Where a refund is approved, the method and expected processing timeline will be communicated directly; bank and payment-provider processing may add time.
